Introduction

It strikes me that we humans are all too ready to believe some dismal stuff about ourselves, to believe that we are sad, pathetic and worthless.  We have all done this (or still are) but we are very reticent to believe in our own amazingness.  I was thinking on this the other night and then the next morning awoke with a simple story that I wanted to tell.  It's about you.  I thought "if I have a story about YOU I best share it with YOU."  So here it is:

YOU are Magnificent!  Here’s Why…

If it is true that we are immortal spirit beings (as I have no doubt we are) and if it is true that All That Is resides in the mind of God (as I am convinced it does), then there is no other outcome for you but that you will become a magnificently amazing, powerful, beautiful creator being. 

Think about it:  You make mistakes and you learn from them.  In time you stop making those mistakes.  You make better choices.  You make choices which lead to greater harmony.  Have you made bad choices in your life which you will never make again?  Of course you have.  So extend this process over an infinity of time and you will inevitably get to a place where you are making some amazingly good choices.  Somewhere along the line you will no longer need the lessons that incarnation can offer.  You will transcend this level of being.  You will discover that you are so much more than this.  And the path will simply continue on with you making better, more powerful, more amazing choices.  The end of this journey which lies an infinity away is that your consciousness expands to the point at which it is once again one with God.  Between then and now you will be something very amazing in your own right.  It can only be so.  What will that be?  I don’t know.  It will be whatever you create it to be.  And know that you are busy creating it right now with the choices that you make right now.  So, what do you tell yourself about yourself?  What do you choose for yourself?  Watch these things and if they are not great choices then rather choose for love.  Love yourself and choose a “future you” that is the most amazing you can imagine.  And know that the reality of you is even greater than that!  Greater than you can imagine?  Yes!  Because your imagination is limited by your current reality.  As your consciousness expands so will your reality.  So will your imagination.  And so you will create an ever greater future path.  All the way home to God.

There is a little twist in the tail of this tale which I quite like.  It’s this: time is illusory.  So, you and I travel this world.  We imagine that we are traveling through time.  The illusion is a very good one and seems completely real to us.  But it is so that at the next dimensional reality we realize that everything we are experiencing is simultaneous.  We travel through this simultaneous reality on one of its planes which is the time-plane.  But from a higher reality all of that is NOW.  And if you think about it then you will see: if everything is now then everything you are ever going to do is, somewhere on this time-plane or beyond it, already done.  So, if you are going to eventually make great choices which will lead you to be this amazing, powerful being then that too has already happened.  It’s you already… now.  Just outside of the illusion of time.  But what happens when you become SO magnificent that you transcend time… that you no longer need the illusion of a time-like progression?  Well then you can reach back into your own past and engage with yourself… your past-self… that which would become you.  And this is your higher-self.  It is that which you are.  That which, from within the illusion of time, you will become.  But outside of the illusion of time it is simply what you are an intrinsic part of.  You and all the other incarnations that are you.

So this is you.  It is a “you” that loves you.  It is wise and kind and caring and compassionate.  Call on it if you need help.  But mostly I urge you to forget your fears that you are “less” that you are anything but amazing, magnificent, powerful and totally possessed of your own destiny.  Because the inevitable outcome of “you” is a fantastic and amazing being.  There is no other possible destination for you.  There can be none other.  The choice you have is about how long it takes you to awaken to your brilliance.  That is up to you.  But if all time is now then you are already ALL OF THAT. 

You know what else is wonderful?  Everyone around you is too.  Everyone is amazing and magnificent.  Everyone is God experiencing itself.  So let us all awaken to our own magnificence.
