Oct 14th and timelines

I saw this afternoon a rainbow coloured wave embedded in a cloud, it was unusual because it was very short and didn’t have the usual curved geometry, but was sinuous. I was feeling very peaceful as I was communicating with it and it took me back to the hours I spent when I was a kid looking through a kaleidoscope. I think the Pleaidians heard my call. This was very healing…
I think more and more of us are going to see these peaceful pictures ….

I think this is exactly what’s happening… anyone can communicate (though there is some law against communicating with extraterrestrials, but I think that only refers to having tea).

Well, there was a law on the books making it illegal, until 1991:

On October 5, 1982, Dr. Brain T. Clifford of the Pentagon announced at a press conference (“The Star”, New York, Oct. 5, 1982) that contact between U.S. citizens and extra-terrestrials or their vehicles is strictly illegal.

According to a law already on the books:
(Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, adopted on July 16, 1969, before the Apollo moon shots), anyone guilty of such contact automatically becomes a wanted criminal to be jailed for one year and fined $5,000. The NASA administrator is empowered to determine with or without a hearing that a person or object has been “extraterrestrially exposed” and impose an indeterminate quarantine under armed guard, which could not be broken even by court order.

There is no limit placed on the number of individuals who could thus be arbitrarily quarantined.

The definition of “extraterrestrial exposure” is left entirely up to NASA administrator, who is thus endowed with total dictatorial power to be exercised at his slightest caprice, which is completely contrary to the Constitution.

According to Dr. Clifford, whose commanding officers have been assuring the public for the last 39 years that UFO’s are nothing more than hoaxes and delusions to be dismissed with a condescending smile: “This is really no joke, it’s a very serious matter.” This legislation was buried in the 1,211th subsection of the 14th section of a batch of regulations very few members of government probably bothered to read in its entirety, the proverbial needle in the haystack, and was slipped onto the books without public debate.

Thus from one day to the next we learn that, without having informed the public, in its infinite wisdom, the government of the United States has created a whole new criminal class: UFO contactees.

This is why our benevolent ETs will visit Europe first. They have have much concern for this US regulation… 🙂 And probably France first, I was told they love our wine regulation. 😀

The beauty of it is just a bonus. What the increased frequency will do to the planetary harmonics, and the awareness that will come to our hearts — that’s what I’m eager for. And we can create it ourselves without a “ship” ever showing up!

Blossom’s inspiring channeling posted today seems to confirm my take of things in the message above (16th). [O.k. “Above” refers to the former position this message occupied in the “Message from My Heart” thread, q.v., before it was moved here at my own suggestion.]

A few days before the 14th I heard clairaudiently something about a non-appearance and struck it vehemently from consciousness. (I figured I was just picking up on a generalized, or mass skepticism.) I am a musician and composer and am used to addressing crowds. I am also a teacher and generally tend to be well-spoken in public arenas. I live in a major metropolis, New York City. I mention all this to make sense of the idea that on the inner I know I was being prepared for addressing my frightened neighbors when the event happened as originally envisioned.

If that timeline had been allowed to play out, everything I mentioned above on the 16th, and much worse, would have transpired. No number of us, no matter how well-trained, were sufficient to deal with the fallout when the dark elements in government and the military (and not just those in the U.S.) chose to capitalize on the event in a last-ditch effort to consolidate their elitist power structure. How many souls would have listened to our take on things rather than Big Brother and the media he controls? And of course, at a certain point our utterings would have been characterized as aiding and abetting the perceived enemy.

Interesting that I lapsed into past tense in the last paragraph. I was taken far enough along that alternative timeline that, as in “It’s a Wonderful Life,” I felt as though I had a reprieve, and made it back in time to the present outpicturing of reality.

So, rather than complain about the no-show, or try to rationalize it philosophically, some of us actually felt inexplicably relieved!

Now governments can gradually own up to more truth on matters UFO, and more and more people will literally see the light on this topic and what it implies with respect to human evolution. And the light show will still happen, of that I am sure (have been assured?). But now, we have the “strategic,” as I put it above, element of surprise!

No, I didn’t realize there was another thread. And knowing about it now means I no longer wonder why there hadn’t been more discussion on the topic here! Indeed, you really would have been entirely justified, as an admin, in moving my messages wholesale thereto.
