Hello!

Just a quick introduction, per Melanie’s questions:

1. What are your interests?

To find out what MORE there is to our lives and existence, other than what is simply visible on the surface.

2. How did you find the Book?

Via Melanie’s posts on the Halexandria Foundation Forum.

3. How do you hope to contribute to its pages?

In any way I can, once I shake the “imposed reality” I am currently living in.

4. Do you know your reincarnational history?

Not yet, but I sure would like to!

5. What are the unique spiritual pathways you’ve taken towards discovering self?

Not much so far. Seeing as I have always had a very curious, questioning, and above-all logical/scientific mind (all the way back to my childhood), I have perpetually been VERY skeptical of any beliefs which don’t have hard evidence to support them. I have consistently viewed cults, organized religions, blind faith, unquestioning obedience to authority, Santa Claus, unjustified hatreds and prejudices, voodoo, Satan, the Tooth Fairy, demons, angels, the Easter Bunny, Creationism, an invisible God sitting in judgment of us all, “Ceiling Cat” (well O.K., maybe not “Ceiling Cat” :mrgreen:), etc., etc., etc. to be Humanity’s most destructive and divisive creations (and thus our greatest shame).

The reason I am finally considering getting involved with this forum (as well as the Library of Halexandria Forum) is because Melanie is a TOTAL BABE !!! ahem, 😳 I mean because although the Truths presented on these forums are the same obvious, common-sense truths extolled elsewhere, there doesn’t seem to be any sinister “Ulterior Motive” hidden in the discussions of them on this site. I do not feel that anyone is trying to “Convert Me” (other than Melanie, of course, with her Angelic and Captivating voice in her YouTube Video) er, 😳 I mean trying to “Convert Me” into following some dogmatic set of random, cruel, and oppressive edicts in order to exert control over me and/or my actions.

I do agree that Free Will is our GREATEST ASSET as humans, and although I am not willing to dive headlong into some “blind belief” in something like the “Ashtar Galactic Command” or the “Galactic Federation of Light”, one of the few things I DO believe without hard evidence is that we CANNOT be the only Intelligent Life in this vast Universe!

The other reason I have become more interested in the Book-of-Light (and Library of Halexandria) is because it seems that what we consider “Reality” is suddenly going through massive changes that simply cannot be explained using conventional scientific principles. Our species is definitely experiencing “SOMETHING“ on a worldwide level, and many of the answers here seem to make a lot more sense than the “Official” explanations we are being given.

6. What are your hobbies and favourite things to do?

FavoUrite ? Really ??? (Sorry, the British spellings of some English words just always make me smile :D). I guess I don’t formally have any “hobbies” (in other words, specific repetitive activities which provide me solace). Instead, I place a high value on the VARIETY of experiences we all have access to in this life (except unmentionable fried critters in some Asian Restaurants :lol:).

As far as favorite things to do, intelligent entertainment (a good movie, museum, concert, etc.) and/or a good meal and stimulating conversation shared with friend(s) (and/or a Lover) are at the top of my list. Of course, physical and spiritual intimacy with a special woman is ALWAYS at the top of the list, as well ! 😉

Anyway, glad to be a part of this Forum, and I only hope I can prove myself worthy of contributing something significantly constructive to it. ayuddha! (Peace!)

Actually, I’m not a big history buff, but was nonetheless aware of the many significant roles Greg’s hometown of Richmond VA played throughout American History.

Also, thanks for pointing out the “Biblical” significance of my name (and for NOT pointing out the “Junior Varsity” reference I’ve heard a million times). 😀

As for my Username, yes I am a member of Mensa, and have been since my teens.

Oh, and hariH om! is simply Sanskrit for “Hello!” (as per the website http://spokensanskrit.de/index.php?script=HK&tinput=hariH+om%21&country_ID=&trans=Translate&direction=AU).

Admittedly, it was a rather feeble attempt to attract Melanie’s attention, as the “namaste” greeting she uses in her Book-of-Light YouTube Video also means “hello” in Sanskrit (again as per the website http://spokensanskrit.de/index.php?script=HK&tinput=namaste&country_ID=&trans=Translate&direction=AU).

Anyway, thanks for the welcome, and may you get MORE COWBELL !!! 😛

Thanks Ricky. While I’m sure there are other babes on this site (including Maryann!), I have not seen or heard them speak yet (as I have with Melanie in her YouTube Video). 🙂

Who knows, maybe we could even get a “The BABES of the Book-of-Light” Swimsuit Calendar someday (although the 2012 version would only go through December 21st)! 😆

Oh, and don’t worry about that “Oedipus complex” regarding Melanie 😮 (even Bill and Ted had to deal with that over their Stepmom, Missy)! 😀

Anyway, thanks for the nice reply, as I’m sure you are probably overwhelmed with messages from members of this forum. Also, just wanted to say I drove out to Eastern Washington (away from Seattle) on Tuesday to participate in the “First Contact” Meditation. Went to a nice high-altitude overlook on the I-90, SERIOUSLY concentrated at 11:11 EST for a few minutes, AND THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP !!! 😮

Just Kidding ! (but since it was overcast and drizzling, I wouldn’t have been able to see them anyhow)! 😆

That’s O.K. though, at least I got to take a day-trip over the mountains to the SUNNY part of the State. 😀 The important thing is that First Contact really isn’t a question of “IF”, but “WHEN”. In fact, I’d be thrilled to experience it ANYTIME during my life ! (By the way, did you folks up around Airdrie have any better luck ? Maybe they just don’t like Americans) 😆
