Yes this is good!

When i have various issues from time to time with my ex and her opinionated partner, and at time various others, it is not taking me long to get over it,,,, nor am i returning their actions with judgments or negative ill feeling (well not for long anyway!),,, this is probably due to the fact i am embracing the concept of oneness with a deeper understanding i suppose……and what does this bring about ?……. peace !! 😀

The other option causes pain and blame and stress, which i guess closes you right down.
Its easy to go to war with some one who calls you a dick head, there was a time when i’d send in the tanks straight away!!
the trick is not to take one self so seriously.

Generally i have improved but i can shout loud at times!!! but i try.

well basically it was bloody strong despite its varying age! My friend could not stay in it, but she is a pussy, the energy i could tangibly feel going up my arms just short of the elbows fitting like an invisible glove it was like a mad chi gong session.

I felt super happing in the circle and i also said a few words to whoever made it mentioning the Book of light and to bring us understanding of this phenomenon i thought of all of you, this was kind of embarrising as i was standing there with my palm’s facing down looking like some new ager 😳 im so glad no one was around.

That is dam straight zing! the funny thing is 4 days after my initial sighting i saw it again!!!!!, after i had been thinking about it quite intensely at a friends house about 3 miles away from where i live, i looked up and there it was, at about 9 30 which was nearly sun set here,,, so a different time from the last sighting. Its mad really, as i called all my friends out they looked, they applied points 1 to 5 yet they would rather go towards the military side of things than the other!

Also opal i thought i should get this off my chest for what is worth. Two days ago i saw, at about 1 in the morning, a bright gold star with a steady glow at low level and being one of the brightest and biggest things in the clear and quiet night sky just glide across without making a sound….i sort of know whats what in the sky and it was not no satellite or no plane… and my bodily reaction was awe. Are there any space shuttles doing fly bys in space picking up the sun ?..maybe i would not rule it out.

Anyway this was backed up by an 18 year old trainee from work the next day, who happened to be out with his mates that night seeing the same thing just before it got to me, and making the same appraisal as me that it defiantly wernt no plane man! and that is was gold! plus he has seen it before!
