Ricky, I found JezebelDecibel’s videos a few months ago and added them to my pot o’ stew, and from her site (linked in the above post) you can follow to a site where I think there are CDs specially encoded for binaural beats, to balance the brain around a harmonically blissed-out pineal gland…

Perhaps doing a search for “binaural beats” and “frequency” would lead you to something downloadable. I must admit, the concept of a pristine CD does sound appealing… :geek:
