Orissa, you mentioned that the crown chakra is used for channeling and the third-eye receives telepathic transmission. Ifind this very interesting as I’ve had telepathic experiences since birth, but increasing dramatically over the last three years. During this increase, I also became ‘aware’ of my third-eye and correlated it with my telepathy.
Over the past year, I’ve been having a new kind of experience that occurs fairly frequently, almost daily. I get a very strong tingling sensation that orginates at the crown of my head and travels down the back of my head and it dissipates in the cords of my neck. These sensations vary in intensity and during intense experiences I feel strong pressure in my jaws and cheek bones. I feel that there is some kind of information transfer going on, but if it is, I do not get the information at that time. Ithink I’m downloading information to be parsed later. Could this be related to the crown chakra and/or channeling?
On a somewhat related note, I also resonate throughout my body (I call it ‘buzzing’) when I encounter something that rings strongly of truth. This is the primary indicator that I recognize and follow along my spiritual journey. When I start buzzing, I pay close attention because something very important, even life changing at times, is at hand. That has been the pattern.
I’ve been trying to figure out these experiences on my own, so any insight that my forum brothers and sisters can share will be greatly appreciated. I’m going to check out the book that Wanderer mentioned, too!
