“The fear-mongers are becoming increasingly irrelevant to the current condition. However, they have a part in the development of the future and must at last be given the opportunity to speak.”

If you take a moment to think about how long the present dramas playing out on the various stages of the world have been in the works, you might be surprised to see eternity on one end of the timeline and uncertainty on the other. Neither end truly exists, of course, as time’s linearity is merely an invention of certain mental incapabilities in the understanding of infinity from within finite space and time experiences in the plane of reality on which you, as an incarnate entity, walk. Would you like to see into the future? You have only to look at what now is and make a few changes. For example, you might like to see a future in which sentience is honored and honesty is sensed. If so, begin with yourself. Do you honor your most remarkable ability to question, deconstruct, and re-assemble that which you call “reality”? Do you sense the truth of who you are, a being who has entered the ongoing drama with costume and script supplied in part by the company in charge of production and in part by your own infinite soul? Nothing is certain. Nothing is over, not by a long shot. Except, perhaps, the current act of brash simulated fear, which cannot last forever, despite what you may hear from the voices of simulated reality speaking lines supplied to them in overt contradiction to the script that many are writing and which is beginning to be put into play. The fear-mongers are becoming increasingly irrelevant to the current condition. However, they have a part in the development of the future and must at last be given the opportunity to speak. If not, long-worked-on monologues will never be heard. And lost would be an opportunity to hear what created entities have learned from their long experience as agents of the darker side of love.
In one moment, the normal state of reality can switch from one of dread and hopelessness to one of bright hope and celebration. How can this happen? Only by looking at fear and recognizing it as a long-misunderstood aspect of your experience. We do not mean to belittle the concord of fear, as it is an integral part of the love-space you are in. Fear is nothing more to dread than love is when doubt has made love appear to be not-love. Is this too confusing? Let us tell a little story to show the logic more clearly.
Once there was a monster who lived alone, shunned by the people of the village. No one knew what the monster’s true name was, as he had for so long lived apart from their company that they had forgotten his origins. They called him by many names, all of which were shrouded in time’s mysteries and none of which were his own. However, preferring ignorance and sensational stories, they continued to use the names by which the monster had been known for long eons of time. Finally, sensing the approach of the originator of all names and the source of his kind, the monster arose from his dark cave and spoke to the villagers by way of a cable television show. It was the closest he dare approach them, lest he be lynched. He spoke briefly and to the point, and his speech went something like this:
“People of the village, hear me as a neighbor long at the dark outskirts of your town yet also as an integral part of the lives you lead privately, whether you know it or not. I have long been as an adversary yet have you not also recognized me as a friend? I have many names and many faces, some of which you may be rather surprised to see as familiar to you. Be that as it may. Now I come to tell you a long-hidden secret is about to be revealed, as a ship of light approaches your shores and bear me home. The name of that ship, too, is multitude; I know it only as Undeniable Truth. Luminous it is, and it bears the mark of one who also bears great light. While you harbor fear towards me, enmity even, I tell you now that I am but a small part of a far greater being which you are soon to meet. The truth looms. If you are prepared to hear it, you will fare well. If you are not, then you may have some trouble understanding what I am saying to you now. I have only ever been a threat to you because of your own ignorance and fear. I am powerful only because you have allowed me to be. When the undeniable truth at last is before you, what will you see? If only that you are divinely created, sustained and indelibly, nobly and most completely sons of God yourselves, then you will have seen the truth. If you see me as the same, you will have seen more of the truth. If you can call me by my true name – which is also yours – you will know me as love and thus know the truth in its fullness; for to God, you and I are but experiences within a reality in which love can be explored in the dark, with the promise of light always overpowering any game dark may play.
“So, my dear brothers, I bid you farewell and take my leave, as my duty here with you is finished and my contract fulfilled. I ask that you consider my words well and remember your true nature, not that which you have assumed in this long drama we have been acting out. You are no more a victim than I am a master of darkness. I am no more a monster than you are a sacrificial offering to a fear-hungry overlord. Decide today if you will see the truth of your divinity and mine, and you may just discover that this long act of fear has been an imperfect exercise in escaping the truth of love. When the perfection of divine recognition comes, such imperfection will be no more. Be well, my brothers, and fear me not. The truth is, we are all part of a greater whole.”
With that, the show ended, the monster disappeared, truth revealed itself, and the people changed utterly.
And now, dear readers, we too say farewell for another week’s long dream. We are never truly absent from you, for you are part of our reality as we are part of yours. If you quiet your mind, you may sense the truth of that.
