We are sad you have been confused till our transmission through Joanie. You are trying to figure, yet you have not rested. Rest, in our term, means “take a break, rest your mind.” When you rest, all clears. Then you procede as if it were meant for you to hear clearly. Do you rest your mind? No? We believe you can take a switch — a make believe one — turn it off, just like the switch on a wall. It goes black, doesn’t it. Darken the head — meaning take words– stop them in midstream. See if you can do this.

OK. We believe questions are good and we’ll answer some. Others can be for when you ship-shape your mind so it rests, listens, sees better. We’ll, hopefully, get to those in time for breakfast tomorrow. (chuckles)

Re: A past life on Giam: The girl is a Wanderer. She is Light following and wants assistance with other Lightworkers at her side. She asks them. They come. She’ll guide you and take care you ascend well up high — clear up. (smile) She is a Godshend. Your baby boy came back to help, too. He drifts (a Wanderer), too, finding people to help on his way Home… again. So, they met there (Giam), made plans, created a lovely play for you and placed you with them. You are considered “mother” to them. It is good, beautiful, and they like the work they do.

Now, we discuss changing. It is good to stop wheels of motion inside. Too much activity. Too much. Grind to a halt the spinning. It is to be done. You are racing. If activity is this strong, stop, slow all till it looks pleasant and manageable. We believe trials of the past contribute to the frenzy. OK? How are you in this? Do you feel good when we discuss running? You run. We see a runner. Now, slow till she stops. Can you? OK. Try. We’ll see if you can find a way to do this for your health and wellbeing.

Re: She thinks she’s not the best mother in the universe: Oh, Julie, Julisa, Juliet of the Nile. We feel you are harsh to where flogging is so apparent. It is OK to be you, to be real, perfect, Divine in all your “flaws.” How is perfection sullied so? You drag a mud(died) effigy around on the floor. Why? Who made you sullen, sad, withered, forlorn? Masters of Darkness. They took pains to trouble you. Your baggage is full. Unload pain till we no longer hear issues that you are bad. No. Don’t stop saying how you feel here. Please do. We mean work on your issue about self-hate. Turn Love to your soul. Then you are apt to feel your true, blessed Self with all it brings the world, too. So, this “motherly advice” is to take as yours, honey. We adore you. Go be the woman who gave birth to Star Children.

Re: Mind your boy: It means take note. That is all. Light to help with fear. General fear. He’s fine. Do not worry. Reiki is OK if you are. If you feel unsettled, do not. Only if you’re good and balanced. Then perform this or shine Light from your chest to his soul that is in a body named Mateo. It soothes.

Madness refers to that which is dark. When foolishness is near, he takes energy, transmuting it to Light. We see his ability to do this. He can see foolish behavior, acts of perpetration that are nice if you are dark.

So, we answered questions you had. If you want rest, this is what we like, too, for you. More questions get addressed as you rest.
