Yes, we certainly all do need to lighten up… quite literally. I love the approach of Adamu for that same reason.

Many of us were alone in our personal world, and have found communion with like minded souls here at the book. One way to find people like you is to seek out local happenings that might have similar minds… such as drum circles, intentional dance groups, etc.

When I felt so alone… I asked Universe for a whole bunch of friends of like mind and heart… now, a year later I am totally surrounded in my REAL world with people like me that I had no idea existed until I asked!
