1. question: I think what they meant was that they (the beings from wherever) ‘loaded’ Blossom with an energy that told her to tune in, as she did. And this energy is I think something that everyone can feel – I am feeling it to a strong degree. As I said in the beginning of my post, I felt the strong need to look if something new had popped up and after 3 minutes of search I found Blossom’s text.

2. question: Lol, I have no idea what this means. Maybe because English isn’t my mother’s tongue, I have no idea what “Higherarchy” does mean / could mean. This ‘manoeuvre’ is, I think, First Contact – but I can’t get too much out of that one. 😆
