After reading Shanti’s post, mmm, I cannot remember where. It was the channeling forum

I was wondering if we could have a group meditation now and then.

We could focus on a particular theme, like a member’s illness or problem or a global one, or just on love, peace and happiness for all.

I think that is a wonderful idea Mia! Perhaps if we can post something on here for anyone that needs help with a specific problem, illness, situation can post their sitautions and then the ones that would like to partake in the helping, can let you know they are interested and we can get something really empowering and positive going here.

I’m just thinking off the top of my head…I just woke up from a nap and my husband is downstairs cooking dinner. Once a week he cooks me a gourmet meal. Which tonights menu is: Chicken Ramono with a Risoto (sp) with mushrooms and asparagus tips in the Risoto. Then he’s making these “party” potatoes that are mashed potatoes with all this wonderful stuff in it and it’s covered in this layer of whipping cream (not sweet) and cheddar cheese on top and then that’s baked. I just ate some of the potatoes without all that stuff on it and it’s out of this world. Then he made homemade brownies with nuts…..

What a wonderful thing for you to say opalescent; and I do appreciate the thought on that and perhaps I can be included as one of many but I’m sure there are more important issues and people that really need help..

I am open to anything that anyone wants to do here as long as it’s “legal” 😯

If you’re comfortable doing the posting mia, that’d be great… you just click on My Light on the home page, upper left corner. On that page, on the right side, is a list of options–click on Contribute Light, then Create Event. You just put in the name, some tags so it’s findable, a description, then click Book Outline and choose Comm-Unity for the first dropdown box, then Community Event Calls in the second dropdown box. That’s it! It’ll go in the moderation queue and soon be posted for all the world to see 😉

Well, now you should have the ability to add events…however, there is currently no calendar associated with that. I had planned on installing one, but haven’t yet! SO for now, all events are just as you post them. You will need to post times and dates in your event posting. Once I add the calendar software that will change, but for now it’s not available.

Hello All,

I was interested in setting up a list of meditation events to join focus on raising energy and creating desired outcomes. I saw your post here Mia and was wondering if this has got anywhere? I Like your idea and would like to add to it.

We all hear of group meditations that come up on important events due to solar positions or first contacts etc. But we don’t hear of many events due to a lack of networking of the information. I was initially intending to set up an e-mail like chain that friends could add other friends to and so create a large pool of contacts and info on events but the larger the pool grew the more likely that people would post other stuff there and also there would be a potential to receive too much mail. So my intentions have brought me to this wonderful site and I see a potential to make this work especially with the bright and skilled Light Workers that this site is attracting.

The Idea that came to me was to post events that are already known by members and to create new ones that pertain to expected events with the positive intention to influence the outcomes. For example: political events, scientific experiments, energetic days, special dates etc. We may even go as far as to work out the dates that the dark workers use to their advantage and create energy that will flood their intention with Love and Light.

As for specific times on days, well maybe this is not so important. I do understand that people gathered together in one place amplify each others output and that people all over the world focusing at one time has a strong effect but there is the issue of consistancy of focused intention. To create an outcome intentionally using focus it is important to keep focused on the desired outcome, expecting it with emotion until it arrives i.e. get excited about it.

In our daily lives we meditate for a period and then we go to work, look after the kids, feed the pets, play sports, our attention is spread around. But we are all connected in one consciousness and we all contribute to the intentions that make our collective reality. If on a day we decide to collectively focus on influencing an event and keep this focus in our consciousness we can fill in the blanks for each other so to speak. So while one of us is busy fixing the fence, others takes up the baton and are focused on the days collective intention and the intention remains in OUR consciousness. Once The fence is fixed that person may spend a quiet moment to focus on OUR intent again so the consistency is collectively kept.

The power of a site like this is that it reaches around the Earth and pools great skills and knowledge. We all live in different locations and can focus while others sleep. I have some spare time to put information together but I need information form you and some guidance on how to use this site as this is the first time I have ever used a site like this. So if I can get some feedback and some pointers on how to create a page, ask for info. etc I will put some energy into this.

Great! Annu’s the one to answer technical questions, but there is at the moment a way to add an event via the “My Light” button on the main page (then go to “Contribute Your Light”) However, developments are afoot, so stay tuned and in contact with dear Annu.

Nonlocality is a very real field of play, so to speak. I have sent distance healings to people with the intention that they receive the healing when they were in a receptive place and time. Sometimes scheduled, sometimes on the fly. I’ve received such, too, and they always hit the target. Intention-guided love missiles! Good stuff 😆

My honey and I have been batting around the idea of hosting a backyard barbecue on Oct 14, followed by a campfire in our little fire pit. Figured we might as well get in the spirit… kind of a “welcome to the neighborhood” bash. Seems the right thing to do, with cousins coming all that way to visit…

We live in an area where you mention Pleiadians or spaceships and people nod knowingly and the conversations get quite interesting. I’m sure there are people in our communities wherever we are in the world who would find it a great reason for a party, if nothing else… if not on the 14th then the weekend before, just to get in that world-party kind of mood.

What say ye all? It’d be the closest thing we could have (at the moment) to a Book-of-Light Barbecue! We can raise a toast to each other across the globe!
