It’s even possible to bootstrap oneself into an optimum (least worst) timeline… though there’s no instruction book on a mechanical means to do this. Spiritual methodologies such as the many forms of Meditation and other Yogic practice, Buddhism, Sufiism and Shamanism can assist one here.

What happens if we do choose one of the paths successfully?

We graduate to a planet of service to others or a planet of service to self.
