Now, red meat, or beef, is tough. We say you can go eat this. However, if you want digestion, immune system to function at its best, stay away from this substance of cow. We like fruit, nuts, seeds, vegetables, breadstuffs where grain is predominant, or primary. Butter in nut form is very good. Healthy beans and rice. Chunks of letter recipes, too. “What?” We think recipes that start with A and go to Z help you. Take a book and go through the index — A to Z — and see if you can find foods without meat, yet have protein. Animal meat that is not beef can provide protein.

Kill animals to eat them? Well, each person chooses whether to partake in this sort of cycle, or drama with animals. If you want to see the animal alive, don’t eat it. If you wish dead, long gone, packaged, then it’s OK. No right, wrong. Each chooses a life with food that satisfied them. If you feel each person needs meat, eat this. If you wish meat-free, go stop. All is well. You can rest (that) you aren’t doing anything wrong or hurtful to yourself.

The beam of Light up, out of body: We say you chooose “out” how you wish. If Light beam up is good, please show how you do this. It’s good. (smiles) The men, women choose how to go. Yeshua chose death when he last breathed. Spirit left, up, gone to us here in Heaven (as we call it for those who like the term). The Jesus spirit did not leave when folks thought it did. He ramained, lived, worked as a prophet, sage, wise Elder, traveled lots ’round, and returned to die with Mary Magdalane, his wife, at his side. She says,

Now, you ask me and I say you are Light. Go find a switch. It turns off, on. I say your “on” is so on! We are very happy you search and find gems. Keep coming. We have more.
