its been 5 years

i havent been camping for about 5 years. I went back again with family and friends. Nature has changed. No muskitos, no leechs, not alot of frogs. I haven’t been bitten by a muskito all year. And i noticed not alot of bugs are around as much anymore. Our earth is changing and species disepearing. And people don’t notice or even care. Mom: Oh its ok alain new species came and changed nature here. Right and how did it got here? Well other then that we partied at night drink some booze and ate some smere’s went swimming and other good fun.

It seems nature’s wobbly, but not completely broken. We had no honeybees last year, and this year we had plenty… well, they were noticeable, along with bumblebees and the other buzzy flyers. We were so happy to see them! And for the first time I can remember, I can sit on the porch and watch them as if they’re friends and not threats 🙂

Mosquitoes are out in full force, however 😕

Yes, things are changing. The forests seem to be struggling somewhat in places around here, with a weird green lichen or something creeping all over sections of woods. It feels like it’s suffocating the trees. Then on the other hand, we had the 17 year cicadas this year and all of nature feasted!

Ew yes we have mosquitos too… in the past week I must have gotten at least 10 bug bites. Things have cause and effect, species CAN come and change nature but its more likely other species moved/changed/adapted because of other circumstances. I think climate is a big one, over the past years I remember really cold Decembers even though it rarely snows where I live, in say the last 2 years there were a few hot streaks that went on for weeks where it was easily 105 degrees f. There have defiantly been some big changes lately in nature and the environment.

I am not gonna worry too much about the whole “global warming” thing though because all the planets in the solar system have been warming up. So part of this must be natural, mans probably just speeding it up. I still try to help the environment though. 🙂
