Dear Melanie,
Didn’t want to “EGG” you on, but thought this might give you a lift if you’re feeling a little “BEAT” today ! 😆
HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TO ANNU, THE TRUE LIGHT OF THIS FORUM !!!

MensaWASPMemberDear Ricky,
Glad you like my new avatar 😀 (I wanted to use it from the beginning, but it looks like Melanie just raised the upload size limit to 100k a couple days ago, so that I could finally use this one).
Also, it appears that your next post will give you a total of 100 posts, at which time I believe your rank (shown under your Avatar and Username) should change from “Divine One” to “Illuminator”. Just wanted to be the first to congratulate you on your Upgrade!
Talk to you later!
MensaWASPMemberGod dag! Annan,
Thank you for the welcome! I’m looking forward to delving more deeply into these forums, as time permits.
Vi snakkes!

MensaWASPMemberHi ALL,
I was born and lived in Fort Lauderdale, FL (USA) until 1999.
At that time I moved to Bothell, WA, then Renton, WA, and now Bellevue, WA (all near Seattle). Also, found a REALLY cool interactive globe that puts a dot where each visitor to a site is from.
Might want to have Melanie or one of the other Administrators / Moderators look into adding it to this site (I believe it’s free).Check it out at:
http://www.revolvermaps.com/Well, vigama (Sanskrit for “goodbye”) for now!
Sincerely,
MensaWASPMemberAT LAST, THE GREAT ONE (ANNU) HAS REPLIED TO MY POST !!! I AM NOT WORTHY ! 😮 😀 😛 😆

You certainly did get my attention…uhm…well through a moderator actually, but still I’m here posting! 😀
I take it that moderator would be Will ? 🙂
Anyway, thanks for the nice reply, as I’m sure you are probably overwhelmed with messages from members of this forum. Also, just wanted to say I drove out to Eastern Washington (away from Seattle) on Tuesday to participate in the “First Contact” Meditation. Went to a nice high-altitude overlook on the I-90, SERIOUSLY concentrated at 11:11 EST for a few minutes, AND THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP !!! 😮
Just Kidding ! (but since it was overcast and drizzling, I wouldn’t have been able to see them anyhow)! 😆
That’s O.K. though, at least I got to take a day-trip over the mountains to the SUNNY part of the State. 😀 The important thing is that First Contact really isn’t a question of “IF”, but “WHEN”. In fact, I’d be thrilled to experience it ANYTIME during my life ! (By the way, did you folks up around Airdrie have any better luck ? Maybe they just don’t like Americans) 😆
Well, vigama (goodbye) for now, and please know that I am honored to be a member of this forum! 🙂
MensaWASPMemberThanks Ricky. While I’m sure there are other babes on this site (including Maryann!), I have not seen or heard them speak yet (as I have with Melanie in her YouTube Video). 🙂
Who knows, maybe we could even get a “The BABES of the Book-of-Light” Swimsuit Calendar someday (although the 2012 version would only go through December 21st)! 😆
Oh, and don’t worry about that “Oedipus complex” regarding Melanie 😮 (even Bill and Ted had to deal with that over their Stepmom, Missy)! 😀
Cheers!
Ted: Your stepmom’s cute.
Bill: Shut up, Ted.
Ted: Remember when she was a senior and we were freshmen?
Bill: Shut UP, Ted !
Ted: Remember when I asked your mom to the prom?
Bill: SHUT UP, TED !!!MensaWASPMembernamaste’ Will !
Actually, I’m not a big history buff, but was nonetheless aware of the many significant roles Greg’s hometown of Richmond VA played throughout American History.
Also, thanks for pointing out the “Biblical” significance of my name (and for NOT pointing out the “Junior Varsity” reference I’ve heard a million times). 😀
As for my Username, yes I am a member of Mensa, and have been since my teens.
Oh, and hariH om! is simply Sanskrit for “Hello!” (as per the website http://spokensanskrit.de/index.php?script=HK&tinput=hariH+om%21&country_ID=&trans=Translate&direction=AU).
Admittedly, it was a rather feeble attempt to attract Melanie’s attention, as the “namaste” greeting she uses in her Book-of-Light YouTube Video also means “hello” in Sanskrit (again as per the website http://spokensanskrit.de/index.php?script=HK&tinput=namaste&country_ID=&trans=Translate&direction=AU).
Anyway, thanks for the welcome, and may you get MORE COWBELL !!! 😛
Tyler Durden: Oh I get it, it’s very clever.
Narrator: Thank you.
Tyler Durden: How’s that working out for you?
Narrator: What?
Tyler Durden: Being clever.
Narrator: Great.
Tyler Durden: Keep it up then.MensaWASPMemberThanks Greg. I’m hoping that this forum will be sort of an additional “home” for me, as well!
By the way, are you a history buff ? It seems you chose one of the most historically significant cities in the US (Richmond VA) as your place of residence!
MensaWASPMemberDear Maryann,
Thank you for the warm welcome as well, and I am looking forward to further exploring this site as time allows.
By the way, it’s nice to meet another friendly North Carolinian, as my younger Sister graduated from Appalachian State University over in Boone (GO MOUNTAINEERS) ! 😛
MensaWASPMemberG’day Sharyn,
Thanks for the warm welcome. I look forward to getting to know you (and everyone else here), as well ! 😀
