“Be like a waveform spreading out over the planet influencing other waveforms to entrain to peace.”
March 27, 2008
An old dream needs to be re-examined. It goes something like this, as dreams go: As the forces of good and evil grew in strength and power, battles erupted and everything was destroyed. People died, though some were saved and taken up to heaven. The earth was reborn. This is the basic dream; it has many forms. A doom and gloom followed by happy ever after. All set in motion by God, for kicks. Is this a valid dream? Yes. Is it a fact-based dream? Yes. Is it what will come to pass? No. A little here and there, but for the whole planet, no. It is in response to your inner world that your outer world changes. Seek peace within and you will find peace. Attain peace within and you will attain peace outwardly. Live peacefully within your home and watch peace grow around you. Infect the world with peace. It’s homeopathy on a grand scale. The planet is sick. It is displaying symptoms of abuse, toxicity, and war in its body. It ends its suffering only when your suffering ends. A dose of your intention given in world potency is dangerous to all the doom and gloom prophecies readying themselves to be fulfilled. Be like a waveform spreading out over the planet influencing other waveforms to entrain to peace. In this way, you lessen the likelihood of doom and gloom coming to pass.
Perhaps a story would be good here. We haven’t told you one in a while. So, once there was a village situated near a stream. Every year the stream would flood, spreading nutrients over the fields and every year the people harvested great crops. Prams with babies and den of wolves were soon to meet, however, as you will see. One particular year, the crops wouldn’t be enriched with the yearly flood. The next year was worse. And the year after that, disaster struck. In a desperate act, all the mothers of babies decided to visit an old prophet and offer their babies to allay the natural catastrophes. The prophet was only too glad to accept, for in secret he ate babies. He would eat, and the villagers were in his thrall. He had a faulty connection with his agents of time-reading, but nonetheless he told them what must come to pass: A great sign in the sky told him that more calamity would not be if they made the greatest sacrifice they could manage. Can you guess what they decided to do? Lost in grief, they all died. The end.
We didn’t say it would be a happy story. That is just one possible outcome. Another might be: Once there was a village. A nearby stream ebbed and flowed, and the people learned of its rhythms and movements. After half a century of scientific observation, it was decided to build an irrigation system to safeguard the village and ensure adequate bathing of the crops in case of drought. In such a way, the flood became part of a greater system of recycling elemental energies to the benefit of all. A prophet saw a sign in the sky and warned of disruption in the cycle of nature. Thanks to the practical observation and safeguarding, the village was held in bends of blessedness. Greeting the sun of a new day, they all lived. The end.
If that doesn’t appeal to you, a quantifiable number of possibilities remains. You can write the story any way you wish. There is no absolute answer to the question, “What’s going to happen?” There is only general direction. General direction is certainty over time. Absolute answer is time contracting certainty to a dot. They are the same. To us, you are already home free. To you, we are not even visible. You are a dot. We are direction. You experience time spread out over distance. We experience distance spread out over time. A certainty to you is possibility to us. A possibility to you is not even visible. Perhaps we can help you focus better through the lens of time. Look. We can see you. We can’t touch you. You can’t see us or hear us or touch us. If you knew how much we wanted to crank open the joy and give you a big hug, perhaps you would be able to sense us a little better. It is fear of what lay ahead that blinds you. We cannot see any further than the possibilities you hold in your hands. Right now it looks confused. Try to focus on time outside of time. See possibility as reality. Look at each other and see healed, whole, beautiful beings smiling back at you through the bent, crumbling disguises people wear. Even the darkest among you has a core of pure light. You are all stars wearing parkas. Not for much longer, though.
You no doubt have more sympathy with a teabag now. You are being dunked. It gets hot and dark and lonely. Then you cool off and let the feelings of darkness drain away. Then you get dunked. The cycle is intense now. Unlike teabags, however, you are not to be tossed in the bin. A little longer and you’ll see new growth. A little longer and you’ll be free of much of the darkness you held within. A little longer and a lot closer to being able to sense the love that surrounds you in all things, all people, all situations. Make a bad thing better. Look at your life with eyes of understanding. Decide to be happy. It is the Earth’s pain you cast off. Allow it to burn and drain, and plan for more peace to be made everywhere. War is not inevitable, but you can make peace more inevitable sooner than you think.
