I think one key to healing is not to feel humiliated by pain (otherwise anger is not far)…….then pain is unveiled as a beautiful emotion that opens memory which allows returning to your home self….. 🙂 .

I remember meditating on tears in childhood and having memories of sea water or maybe amniotic water and Atlantis triggered with the taste of salt and certainly other molecules I don’t know of. Soon after followed peacefullness and integration in home self. There must be healing virtues in tears comparable to Bach remedy drops..
