John, we see you “get” it. Just really understand the work that has to be done to become enlightened. Oh. You ask, “But ‘enlightened’ is for those like Buddha. So, what are you saying to me? I’m enlightened?” John, enlightenment is for the ones who can see, know what is Now in their moment. If one sees, knows what happens now, they are enlightened. Ones who dream are enlightened when they take Now, turn it so it goes ahead to time that looks beautiful. We say enlightened is beautiful. You have been there where the Dark took many, forced them back. Now, you are here to see all the Light — just more, more coming through the Gates…

We pontificate because we see your Joy, your glorious visage. You sit happy, peacful with Truth. Thank God, Creator, for Love. He/She is so wonderful and you see Light in It’s face/visage, which is your face, too.

Now, we go to the talk about remuneration. (smile) We talk about paying for one’s mistakes. (laughter) If you are rich, poor, white, yellow, orange, abled, disabled — whatever you are today — you are healing. You are messengering. You are talking The Word to spread Light. Whatever shoes you are in, you are taking account for your days. When one is in Life School, they make “errors,” or decisions that are cast to the dark. We say some decide it’s fine to shed blood. So, they listen when we are there in Heaven, discussing what took place when they return after the life ends. They sit, listen, learn all about what occurred. Then, we suggest ways to learn so more growth is to be had. You learn each time you come to Earth. It is a way to grow.

Pay for mistakes here. Hhm… Well, it goes like this, too: If you are in a car… You take a person out in an accident. What happens? Are we about to take away the license (to drive)? We say you can drive, continue on. If you drive to kill one person or more in a car crash, we say you continue, too. The difference is the car killer will have issues to work through and they will see issues in the life ahead of them if they aren’t worked through in the present one (life). See? So, it’s really “paying for mistakes” through learning about Love, LIfe, All That Is.

What about chosen “bad” killer events, when one planned to kill, hurt, maim before incarnating? They also are learning. They choose things to do to help see, know all now. Can you see this? We believe you do, John.

David’s Guidance – 11/12/11: “Love Reign O’er…You”

This piece is what we wish all others did when forgiveness and understanding are met/achieved. We want you to write Love — from your heart. Now, go write. Please add this to the piece, dear. You will see how it works together.

How can we say, “Go tell your friend, “I love you,’ ” when forgiveness is not made first? It is not possible to love the way Love wishes if forgiveness is not allowed through. We wish you consider forgiveness.

OK. How does this work? First, take a bow. “What?” Take a bow. Then pause. Sustain it for a moment. Just try blinking. OK. Done. Now, watch the step before you. Trip! Yep. This is how it works. You sit, gloating, that you made amends, yet forgiveness wasn’t in the agenda. Why? Why did you leave out forgiveness?

“The gods were angry?” No. Not a chance. “I lost my wallet.?” Good try. It’s your choice, yet we feel forgiveness is critical to aligning with Love and Hereaftermore. (smiles)

How does the person sitting (Joanie) “do” forgiveness? She likens it to possibly a work in progress. “How? What?” She takes a problem, moves parts, sustains energy, says,” OK. Done. Can continue,” and waves off problems without a hitch. Why? Because not forgiving is a heavy burden and she wishes Light — only Light in heart and mind.

We see (that) Light in heart and mind carries you. You like the idea. So, take a problem. Work through the situation till you are complete and can’t continue more. Now, is there room for forgiveness? Can you do this? “Why should I? I hate them. I can’t do it. Never could, never will.” We say, “OK. Then find rooom to consider holding all you hate for lifetimes. Come back after you’ve thought it through.”

The baggage is full of hate and loathing. Do you see how much enters to sit festering? We want unleashed anger that pisses away till no more in the can — down the drain forever. Yes. Gone.

Why forgive? The person sitting asked this to learn she had anger inside. Didn’t want it. Rid it till she was left with layers of Hope, Joy, Love mixed through the fibers of her being. No pain inside to query, “Why do I feel heavy, sad, burdened?”

Now, how are you with Love? Wish this? How are you with Love and even more Love? This is how we wish you to feel. I believe many assert they are sad inside. We feel, see you are sad so we accept this, asking, “Take time to rid this. Love others. Forgive. All takes away from laughter if forgiveness is not achieved.”

Some do not know how to do this. They want immediate answers, results to problems, eliminating work. Pride or ego takes presidence and the forgiveness is not given/offered to the person wishing release from bonds or cords of attachment.

We know some are unfamiliar wtih cords. Cords are strings — etheric realm strings of energy that bind to another when attachments are made. If negative attachment, negative cord. Positive attachment, positive cord. So, cords are good if positive. Dependency is negative. Loving, nurturing cords are healthy. Ones can be destroyed or cut by those who know the method to release one of karmic ties. If you wish this, ask one to tell you about it. They are true helpers who release others when stuck.

So, cords are cut if forgiveness is achieved. More might be necessary for cords to be eliminated even if forgiveness is offered when other negative energies are present.

Now we move to the time you sat, waited for Love and found nada. We say, “Take all people. Forgive each one you hurt. List (them) and forgive (them).” Good. Long list, heh? So, good. This clears energy. With release of karma, you open to more Love. He’ll/She’ll come when you want Love if forgiveness is offered, generally, to the ones you’ve held grudges to before/in the past.

I take time to speak (about this) because the woman writes more than just climate predictions, polyamorous notes, or division problems. (laughter) She takes time to channel an important piece that Jesus spoke about on the Mount. We take our heads, bow as He, Jesus, speaks:

“My children. Please forgive the woman, the man, the soul who hurts you, for you hurt them without a glance — without a nod when forgiveness isn’t felt in your heart. The Love your heart offers is pure. It markes only precious time to sit, wait while scattered pieces of lost objects are retrieved by your soul to mend. Forgive each man and woman. They weep while witnessing your forbearance. It is here we wish all heads bowed in timely manner. I believe you can choose Love. The healer loves and God watches you heal thyself. Mark time. Scattered remnants can be picked up, washed and cleansed. Tears do this, yet forgiveness heightens the process, all the while making donations to souls as reverent, long whispers that glide to ears, hearts for Peace. Please trust Love. Your heart knows Love. It makes space for Love in others’ hearts as words of forgiveness are offered. Dear child, make time to forgive a soul who hates. Forgive the wanderer. Forgive animals, babies, leppers. All are worthy of Love in God.”

“We say, ‘Blessed are you, founder of Earth, for you awaken to dream. Make time to forgive, child of God. Make time. Blessed are you. Thank you.’ Peace at the feet that walk hard on Earth. Peace in heart that beats while seeing many hurting. Peace here, for you drink mighty chalices of Light to awaken others at this time. We see the time approach when Love enters doors. The Kingdom of Heaven waits. You enter soon. Bid a farewell. I have accomplished this here. Love is my name, Jesus.”

Jesus says we can accept what is before us. Make time to embrace Love while forgiving souls. Accomplish this as a task in your (daily) routine.

We love you. You are beautiful. We love you. So, take the words, hold them. Hold them. Peace. Peace. Peace. Take Peace. Hold Peace. Sit and be Peace. This is our wish. Peace on you, for you love what we want, too. We want Love for you. So, Peace…

If you are about to fly, go. We believe you are too afraid, yet you fly. What we mean is: Go ahead to fly if you can get the courage. If you can take wing without hesitation, do it. A mom can work and be mom. We believe you are not crazy. Stressed because you wish flying and feel guilt. This is common. Many mothers wish work and motherhood. Conflict.

OK. Many words. OK to put them here. We want you to write what you feel. We see you love Joanie and wish her work, so make her work. (laughter and hugs) The one who writes, Joanie, is 17 at heart. She’s the girl sitting.

You are here to feel pain so you can grow. OK. We mean you chose conflict to grow in the lifetime you are in. Pain, or discomfort is to help you feel your way through so you grow, not die. We believe your tolerance for discomfort is low. So, we’d like you to take time to sit and imagine you flying without a propeller — just gliding aimlessly, without a care. Now, this is good. We’d like you to do this each day, imagining how good it feels. Why? Because control is not good all the time. Sometimes, one needs to let others take over. God is here and you rest in Creator’s palm, OK?

Now, rest. Simply rest. Calm down your system. Tea is nice. You can find time for tea. We hurt if we find we’ve said a word that is not nice to another. We can conclude hurt for you means pain. So? Yes? Now, we say, “…it hurts seeing this” to mean it is an ache of Love. We are sorry to mislead for we speak in tongues and David masters this well. Trust the way you parent. You are sweet, caring and beautiful with them.

I see you want clarity. We see you as being here, there, everywhere. We’d like temperence of spirit. Moderate the feelings. If you can, bring each feeling down a level. Imagine a dial — 10 is high, 1 is low. Turn each feeling knob down to where you are able to see, feel, hear, know better, clearer. It works with imagination, so try our way/suggestion. If you succeed — yay! If you fail… Oh! Not allowed, we see. Julie’s not to fail. Who said? Ah! Mother. No, father. Oh, all the moms, dads. You had lives of disapproval. We say this is why it’s difficult to be — just be.

Now, let the past rise up, away. You can. Take breath. In, out. Now blow out disapproving ones. Inhale approving. Love. Yes.

You are so hard on yourself. This is why you sadly go through days. Now, we say, “Stop the ruckus. Come down here. See we love that you are so good.” Is this OK that we say you’re OK, or would you like criticism? (sarcasm) We love you. Love you.

I feel you go back and forth with “see” and “no see.” You open, close, then wake, sleep, yes, no, back, forth. Do you see, Julie, how you flop flip? We kmow this terrifies you, yet please don’t worry. You have done this many times. It’s natural for you. I suggest you ask whether flop flipping serves now. It did with pancake flipping — only then. (smile) Now, it’s useless. If you wish, take over the helm, say, “I am solid as a rock.” Do this when you are here and are able to sit — just sit. Then plant feet on the floor, nicely, take a stand, sit, then stand, each time saying, “I’m solid as a rock.” Sit when you want solid grounding of Earth while resting. Stand for grounding if you’re ready to take a stand. (smile)

Now, guilt. Stop this for it makes weakness out of you. Does not serve in the least. No flogging yourself for feeling guilty. Human, remember? If you were perfect, we’d see you as God, Creator, Infinite Intelligent Love. OK?

I see you love kids. The children are here and wish to see you work one day in the future with them. If you like this, make this occur in dreams. Imagine work with little ones. The day comes and you will see many chuildren at your door. They say, “Please take our hands. Guide us. We love your way.” Julie, vision the day. You can see how it looks already. It is geautiful — your job. So, is this what you’d like?

Fearful. We see fear. Work through fear if you are seeing Joanie on session day. This would help you much in the way of releasing bags of lint in the filter. The lint is clogging the filter so you can’t see well. We’d like you to clean the filter, honey. Oh, if fear is eliminated, you breathe, see, know, walk, listen better. It lifts and Light-ens you. (smile)

We want this to be easy, not difficult as you make this. We say you are able to spin back the clock, turn the dial back, move when the light is green. We say you are able to make the play be what you’d like to see on the stage. If you wish better, make better. I know you create, so create different scenarios. Simply place intention on better and it will improve. Function as creator of your life. Yes, create better pictures that move you to a better, smoother place where rest and Peace abide.

You choose how you wish to play. If asking questions here is part of the play, so be it. If not, do not. So be it. There is no right or wrong. We give advisement, suggestions. You choose what to do with the words we share. If you feel low and do not want us to know, do not share, or tell us so we know why you feel low. “All of the above,” we say. (smiles)

I feel you can see Love and you slip back. I believe you have difficulty holding Love. Do you know why, Julie? Did the person you love hurt or destroy you? Please help us understand why it is good, joyous, then sad and bad so often.

Hi! We have been seeing you strive for much in the way of Love, laughter, tremendous honest communication. We feel you love many to death. “What?” Yes, to death. It is much. You give, yet no one gives you Love in the way you wish. Many take. Please see your giving is much, so much, and others take you, take your Love. You deplete your reserve, only to fill it with “uckly” things.

OK. We say you live close to the edge, too. This is meaning you live where trouble resides. “What?” I say you tangle with trouble. This is so. Find ways to disentangle yourself. Yes, disentangle. You understand this. I know you do. Please ask if you are unclear.

I will get to your questions. They are good. Very good, and we want them answered now. You can read. This is beautiful. Others sit, silent. They gist sit ‘n laugh ‘n rock ‘n roll without nuthin’ else in thair perty hayeds. (laughter) OK. ‘Nuf said. (smile) Read his book. Rob is worthy of the read. He put Love in the book and he enjoys your knowing about planning incarnations. He’ll be happy to see you awaken due to the efforts he put into the book for your learning and growth.

Love is the answer — the reason one comes here to Earth — to return with Love for Love to return it to you again, and so on. We see you love the book’s message. OK. Here goes:

The Ascension is a trip. A real trip! You grow because you see Light, Love, and the people mass as One for Love. You learn we are real (the ET’s you speak of). You see star systems and star beings who “lifen” up your day. OK. Ascension. It is one time when you see marvels, learn more about the universe, take rides to places before unknown to you, and many more experiences novel and brilliant. Ascension is a time when you see your friends, family from years, lifetimes (gone) by and reunnite for Love. You learn multidimensional ways of living, being. Speak in tongue: Light Language, or a dialect of your choosing. You sift (through) pages of journals of (your) Akashic records, remembering who you are, why you came here (to Earth), and why you return (Home).

OK. Question: Do you see how being a star person makes one very special? We’ll ask you this and see if you are familiar with the term. “Hhm. They got me. I’m gonna ask.” OK. Take the writer, Joanie. She is a star person from planets outside the galaxy Earth is in. Many lives (incarnations) outside Earth, before its inception. She tells tales so you can sip juice, eat cookies, look up at the moon, wondering, “Who is that and what is she?”

The person you are is a star person. You arrived to tell stories. You return to us for awakening. (smile) We are happy you return for we miss you. Lighten up. It’s beautiful. All days pass in droves before one gets here. It’ll be our fun to watch days go so you can see us soon.

Now, you ask a very good question: “What if we haven’t perfected our roles?” The answer is complicated, and we try to explain this well. However abstract, we’ll try.

Let’s say you are a thief. You rob others. You take away valuables and aren’t caught. Ascension time. You are in a jam. The door closes. You say, “I am here and want this. You are Love. I want to be a Love-er and see grand things.” So, you enter. You choose Light, Love — all we have in dimensions past yours. You see beauty. “Just marvelous,” you utter. Yet…there’s the rob/thief issue that is unresolved.

We say you go to chambers — areas that are for healing. We want this so when those who ascend transport to lively, fascinating places, they are healed.

OK. So, how is healing in a “chamber” of sorts? It’s Love, all Love. The Ones are there to help, guide. You learn many things and you heal. If one takes moments to heal, while another zips through a chamber, it’s, well, different for each soul. Some remain for a while. They return Home at the time that’s needed for (their) growth opportunity.

You say, “We have no idea what is to be healed. I want to know what I should do.” Your “objectives,” as you call them are there with you. You know they are there. They are in front of you, Denise. We see you know what must be worked on. Do this. It speeds the process for ascension to Home.

OK. What you are asking about Love in the world: Is this replacing your work to help heal yourself? We say you could do this and address your “stuff.” (smiles)

OK. Now we ask you this: What are you doing to heal yourself? Do you walk, talk healing? Do you sit, read healing? Do you heal? Is it better since your journey opened in this direction? We’d like to know. We feel you are beautiful, ripe with information to spread to others. Keep the mind on learning, growing, shifting. You are — clearly are. (smile)

How do you see this playing out? Do you see the real McCoy, or do you want something lighter, airier? We believe you want fluff — light fluff so you can bury your head in something that prevents worms from eating you when you die. Harsh? Yes. We are straight up here now with you. Why? Do you want fluff? OK. Little birds sing, “Chirp.” Pretty bird. “Chirp.” This is scented fluff, too. (Spritz Chanel No.5 on. Make sniff sounds. Go to sleep.)

The people read. They sit, listen, while others sleep. Do you? Do you read, sleep? What camp do you sit in? Occupy? Die for a cause, or do you sleep? No, we’re not suggesting fighting, dying, life-threatening anything. We want to ask what you do when life is tough. Do you wait for someone to rescue you? How about you? There. The one with the yellow apron. Do you lick spatulas and whistle tunes while others kill cats?

I must say I need to rest. The Dickens are being kicked from me, so I’m writing this as an author who needs much courage. OK. I say the ones sleeping are to awaken. Take charge. Grip a spatula and walk proudly from the kitchen. OK? Take charge. Look up. Do you see the sun? Is it bright? We hope light shines in your eyes, awakening you very much.

How do you see? Do you see visions, or do you make time with chores? Are you making plans for Love, or are you planning new construction on a kitchen or bathroom?

All the questions are for you to think who you are and what you are doing here on Earth. Do you think we make the stories so you laugh, then go back to chores? No. We make stories for you to think how the world could be if you change attitude.

OK. Try this. Do I have your attention? Is the one here sitting, trying a new lesson to learn? This is what we wish. Soul expands this way. Part of your journey, soul man or soul woman. (smile) It is to grow. See a world new, fresh, ordered, straight from the store that sells new gadgets, products, devices for your convenience.

We have you wondering, “Why, again, do they say I am to change? I like who I am. I think he’s nuts to want me, again, to look at myself.”

Do you see us? We do not see you if you hide. So, please come forward. Show us courage, bravery. We like this. You are to step up to the plate, ground out only if the swing and the step aren’t quite OK for the pitch. (smiles) Try to swing. Is it smooth? Do we pitch too hard? We’ll try another way to en-Lighten you.

Go to a mirror. What is there? You! Now, take a step forward. Examine you. What? Yes, examine you and take a break. Go back to the mirror later. Are you the one you saw earlier? Is this woman or man the same image? If yes, take time to change a hair, moving it left or right. Good? Now, move lips. See. Good. Change the appearance. Funny? Well, yes, but (the) point is you are able to change outward appearances easily. The inward appearance is difficult untili you move thoughts, feelings around first.

We see some get this now. Easier with this? OK. Fine. Go home. Take naps. Rest. Come to us with questions if you wish. We love your questions about Love, Life — all involved in the “World According to Me.” (laughter)

Why are you sad? Some tear. OK. I understand some are sad because change is necessary, but acting on impulse is the way it has been handled each time change was attempted. Slow down. No need to rush change. Sadness does not help you. Beating yourself up is not self-serving at all. OK. Blow your nose. Done and fine. Go slowly, dear.

Some want reassurance that change makes all better. I say you do not have knowledge that it does. I do not, either. Sorry to lead you to believe I know the future. I know you change when you need improvement, when one finds the present isn’t serving them and a tweak can help the day improve.

So, are we clear, or are we needing an adjustment again? You, there. What? I heard, “Why are you here telling us to move through space and time when it’s difficult? I want out.” We say, “You can leave. No more reading this because you’re unhappy. If the piece gives you grief, leave. Simple. Easy. Bye.”

The people dream. They want bigger, better. We say you are to see this when the inside of you shifts. Lots happens when you shift inside. We see you wearing leather, lace after the work inside is done. (smile)

How does she listen? She sits, legs crossed, waiting for me to talk so she can write. Then, smiling, she puts pen down. Write to drop to wake to type on computer. Done. Why share this? It’s growth. Before, she (Joanie) was unable to do this. Closed shut. With her wish, or desire to channel, she wished it, prayed it, read on it and waited. It came. You are all able to do exactly the same thing. We refer to creating internal shifts so dreams manifest into reality.

Go find one who dreams. Ask whether they can teach you how to come up with life change ideas. I bet they can. Yes. They can.

We love this because you see how it can be. Choose sitting, lying, resting, waiting, or choose wanting change involving running, learning, shifting, growing. All’s how you think it.

We like questions. Please bring them on. (smiles and chuckles)

We say, “Hello. (smile) We waited for you to write us. It has been long now since our last conversation. Joanie thawed and is able to do our work (for her fun and enjoyment, too).”

OK. Now you and time. We believe your experience is very unique. Why? Because you see ahead to the time when time is not here. It is interesting to hear a person who knows time is illusion speak of it. Why? Our thoughts happen as they come. We hear you, knowing the thoughts come up for they do so instantly like ours do. This is time instant, or instant Now experience. We mean (to say) that our experience of time is not like yours, but our experience of creating instantly is like yours.

Your thoughts come and go. Ours do, too. Your waves of Love shimmer as do ours. It is interesting. We see your coming to conclusions and they are true. If a person is moving, they see ahead, behind, too. If they don’t (move), it’s impossible. So, time is here for you to be able to feel past and future. Our time non-experience is formal in that it is about learned behavior. We know thoughts erupt from nowhere, so we control our way. We see thoughts, know thoughts, but emit if they are genuine, pure, loving, clear, happy, bright. If thoughts destroy, confound, or disturb, they are to be kept until moments rise where other more happy, appropriate thoughts gel for emission (smile).

OK. Take her. The scribe, Joanie. We put words there (in the brain of hers) so she can feel, know, listen, write our own entries onto the paper for typing onto the computer. If we take one and move our thought, she is able to see. (Look. We stopped and she… is… unable………) (Long pause. Joanie waits.)

Ah! She is here…waiting. (Pause.) How is. (Pause.)

John. We use this as an example. Thoughts drop down like firecrackers into her, exploding. She picks up sounds, writes, messages flying instantly. Now, we say time is there to use her ability to sit while she waits for us to conclude a piece. She is in the moment. She wants the message so it is able to be understood. All channels sit for long time periods.

You ask how time comes through from here to there? We say you are good at asking this, John. The person sits, waits. Time elapses as messages come through. However, our time is non-experienced. We are here, there, all around and can be in, out of all things. You, now, are yet unable to be multi-dimensional. When you join us, you’ll see time is non-experienced.

OK. Let’s get to the questions.

Re: Joanie receiving The Word(s) (smiles) through us: We say it is instant, yet the experience elapses through time. Our decision to “write” is made when she sits, ready with pen and paper. We talk briefly, for we arrange what is happening. If David wishes Guidance, it’s said. Posts are put down instantly, too.

Hey! Joanie, here.

I’ve experienced my “Four Days of Darkness” (aka: power outage from Northeast snowstorm). Just got back online. I’ll respond to John’s post when life has settled a bit back to normal. Before I lose my thoughts on this recent loss of power, I’d like to share what I learned:

It has been suggested by many sources that one is to remain “in the eye of the hurricane” during these times. When one either sees another struggling, or they themselves are, it is extremely important to remain level-headed, calm, positive and patient. Gratitude is a wonderful concept to embrace. Humor is KEY!

I was very cold without heat and had to be very prudent with respect to conserving energy. My outlook had to remain positive; I am a mother and my son is a sponge. The outside world became unimportant and my home was my sanctuary. All was focused on the basics. I did not look ahead. Remaining in The Now was my aim. 🙂

Four days later, my power returned. I have a lot of gratitude and am happy to have successfully gone through this test of fortitude.

I share this because others reading this might come to find themselves in a situation like mine. Normally, I would not share my life with others. (Joanie doesn’t blog. 🙂

We love this. This beautiful soliloquy you wrote. Chihuahuas yip. You don’t. (smile)

We say to you, “Yoga teach if you wish.” Mom is able to do this. If you see, envision yoga, beautifully create the scene: You walk, talk yoga while working mom jobs. See yoga. Make yoga. Do yoga. Be yoga. See money. Do money. Work (the) money. You see it. Make it. This is creation of reality.

When you think, “Well…” or “But..,” you stop — stop flow. You stop the energy creating form. If you believe you’re able to work and mom-job, do this. If not, be mom. The little ones love you so much it hurts seeing this. (smiling and hugging you) You are wonderful with them.

The problem you face is inside. You see trouble. The trouble is when you look at time, money, them (the kids) and you see all: “How do I balance this? Make it happen? What could I do? How is it possible?” Then you freeze where it stops — just stops.

OK. How do you find time? Make time by seeing it. See time. We say, “Make time by moving or stretching it in your head.” To do this, you need clear vision, lots of imaginative thoughts, and will. See time opening in life. Opening where you are able to work, be happy with the kids, your husband, and yoga your heart to contentment.

Now, if you do plan this, realize the kids get to see you less. This is OK when they see mom is living for herself, too. Message: Mom lives and works. She’s multi-talented.

You find pleasure — pleasure when you work. If you wish, this, do it, dear. We support passion and finding your way. Go. Make work.

You speak of worlds. One is life and the other Life. Hhm. The girl who writes (she’s 17, if she didn’t say this to you) is a life-Life woman. Mom-healer/channel. She found life a bit difficult with routine activities. Her mind was ready to work again. She found time, moved around work and added Life to the daily operations. You are like she is and can do this when you imagine making a life-Life change. (smile) Questions?

I see you are grateful. You feel satisfied, yet not very “full.” We understand. This is our dream: We see ones working where they do their passion, make passion, live passion. Each soul “works,” yet it is so happy a “job,” they cry with happiness when involved. This is our dream.

You are taking part in the Ascension now. You are talking and we are answering. Hundreds of people look at you on the site — the forum of Light, Love. You “deserve.” “Deserve” is a word we use when one lists what they accomplish and get a prize when the person says they got enough strikes in the game (bowling). (smiles) “Deserve” is about winning, achieving. Honor the word. It is OK. But, we believe the word is inaccurate when discussing Ascension.

The Ascension comes. You arrive. We see you, shake hands (if you wish physicality), and take you where you wish to create. OK. Now, do you know you are ascending? You ascend if you want Love to be the strongest power — the most overwhelming force in heart space. We believe you do. So, if you choose Love, you ascend.

John. You are selfish. Oh, so selfish to want to ask a question for yourself. (Sarcasm.) Do you see you are unworthy? (Sarcasm.) What you do is take your self and minimize importance of it. OK. Do this: Imagine you are someone. Now, ask the question. See? It feels good, no? OK, we love you. Laugh at yourself. This is the lesson of today from us. xo

Re: Light being and gifts at the steps of Love: You are part of a plan to ascend. Your body shifts. Work is being done to help you go to LIght from physical form. We do this. You see we do this so when Light enters, you shift and all is very smooth. The gifts are your Love to the universe. The universe gifts Love to you.

“Right” things: What you ask is whether you are worthy to enter Heaven. We say all souls who wish Love enter kingdoms. Enough of this. We believe you know.

Meditation: You meditate if you sleep. If you’re unable, sleep. Your mind stills, quiets. It’s OK. Be still and the mind rests. You are OK if you do not do this. Be happy to be able to sit, rest, walk, eat, play planes over folks’ houses! (laughter)

We will say, “You are Divine. Your Love shines and the readers feel Love. Continue your ‘selfish’ method of asking questions. You are to do this so others read words of Truth, Love, laughter. Thank you for offering your self to the world.”

Many have asked me about the date 10/28/11, as well as 11/11/11. The former date, to my understanding signifies the end of the 9th Wave — the end of the Mayan calendar. The latter date I believe is a day when energies will come through portals and awaken us further. I would appreciate your illuminating us regarding these dates.

Also, you had offered mid- to end of October dates in a previous post. You shared that “tumbles” and “rumbles” might occur. Have these events come to pass, and if so, would you please specifiy what you anticipated would happen? If they did not occur, would you please explain why they did not transpire? Thank you, Joanie, for asking us about what is occurring at this time on Earth. We will say that “tumbles” occurred as Europe is seeing banks fall. The “rumbles,” Turkey, Asia, etc.: They occurred all around the world. You will see rumbles, for this is a part of birthing. Mother Earth will “star create” and she will be new. So, we go on…

The date 10/28/11 is in a few days. You will feel energy. This energy is strong. It lifts. It energizes. It transforms one to a level of consciousness that is high — high. If one is “high” already, they will feel strong waves of Life Force stream through them. Those who are “dead,” or unawakened, not alive to Life, will feel similar to the day before. We feel you are going to buzz, Joanie — buzz your brains out. (laughter, now turning raucus) The feeling will be good. Trust me. It will be one pleasurable high without smoke, after-effects, or sick stomach. (smiles)

So, we feel the 10/28 date is significant because the end of a calendar is here. The Mayans saw a system and wrote a calendar so you would have many opportunities to see world events unfold. You see how it ends as Calleman noted. Now, we wait to help part Earth so you and others can freely live multidimensional lives. Others took plans and activated solar discs. These discs are here, surrounding Earth. They spin, clockwise. The day approaches — the 11/11/11 — when discs shine. The shine is strong. It will power the Lightforce centers here on your Earth. You’ll see change. (It is time…) The centers join forces. We “light” them, making them power generators of sorts. Then, when the Earth stops at 12/21/12, you see ships — many — that fly out, in, around your beings as the people herald more ships. As we help “save” you, the others go, sleeping through the “party” (Joanie’s term). They will see blue (sky) and white (clouds) — another day for them. The sleepers sleep. The terrified feel shifts, making pain and rumbling. Their story differs from the sleepers.

The portals are here. The portals are here in your eyes. You see them, but do not. When the Heaven Gates open, they will reveal themselves to you, making it easy to channel through them. Journey much? Well, we say the portal you’ll go through is like tunneling to Heaven. Yes. It’ll be like “Journey to Heaven” for you, Joanie. Then your dreams come true — every one comes true.

Joanie: I have a question regarding Ascension symptoms. Would you specify for me what my symptoms are because I experience imbalance at times.

David: Your hair is loose because it frays from energy. It vibrates and you fray. (Joanie’s note: Split ends and snapped fine hair.) The people feel sad. Yes. Your sadness (yesterday) is because discs turned, propelling the people to release karma. Sadness came through. You cried inside, yet your outer Joanie didn’t. We noted this. Appetite down. Slim and healthy. This is fine. Keep working out. The energy you burn off is good for healthy living. The night awakenings: You wake up and can’t see why you’re up. This accounts for many who also are adjusting to great movements in their body. We see you have much energy. Good. Grand. Finally, you move easier and this makes us see you can do almost all we put in your lap. If you wish, we’ll do more.

Joanie: What do you mean?

David: List more symptoms.

Joanie: Please. Thank you. (smile)

David: Some tire. Others weaken. Some cry. Laughing on a dime. Terrible eating. Moments of craziness. There are lonely moments. If one feels sick, it’s a sign of shifts. How do you know if you are sick versus ascending in form to Light? You feel good that the sick comes without vomiting, fever, aches, pains from bruising. If you feel “crazy,” ask, “What is going on?” If the answer is, “Nothing at all. I am happy as a clam,” then the shift to Light is upon you.

Take breaths. Pace yourself. Work well, while still managing rest in between. If discomfort persists, seek help. We say, “It is best to seek help than suffer.”

OK. Denise. We say that enlightened souls reflect the Love to the ones who are awakening. We say you, he, they, all are able to enlighten each other. You ask whether I am here to say you are an enlightened soul? Well, we say, “You have all the power, dear one, to blaze trails so you can help the one here, there, all around you grow, change, rise higher. Everyone is an enlightener for themselves and others. Every single being.

The love you have is good for all. The work you do is good for you if it brings money, rewards, satisfaction. Work is helpful to others when you shine out things for them to grow. If the work you do pays bills, good. Fine. If it allows more, better. We suggest, not dictate you work for Humanity. I say this because more is bettter when it deals with ascension, enlightenment, Love, growth.

We speak in Truths with respect to working together to harmonize Earth. We discuss making love. We discuss absent parents, loving children, making time stop. We discuss all of the above. Now, we discuss the work that you do. It takes energy — energy that is expended daily — to work, and the energy is dispersed through time, and space to the universe. How might you like a ride on Earth where everyone works together? This concept is novel. We like it. (smiles)

We approach Ascension. The clock stops. Then the people divide. Some remain. Others go. It’s simple, quite frankly. We believe the generating energy for the masses — for their sakes — is beautiful. So, if you ask whether quitting to find a job more suitable, we say, “No. Create in your mind what you could do. Imagine. This is part of co-creation.

When you return, you will see doves, eagles, all flying high. Free. Yes, free. They hover and land on steeples for a closer look. We want bird’s eye views, too, of your courting Love so when 2012 is here, you are experts.

OK. You ask about what to do outside work if your work does not lend like other jobs would. “Love,” we say, “Love all.” This is enough.

Re: What kind of work is really valuable? We believe work that values the person, the spirit, is valuable. We say — if the person respects themselves when they work… If one is demeaned, this is bad, sad. Sorrow is what comes from it? Not valuable. OK?

Increase the vibration on Earth: OK. Love. Love. Love. OK? Love. OK?! (laughter) Love! xo We love that you ask me the question. I answer, “Denise, Love cures all wounds, all sadness, all fragments. Love yourself. Love others.” This will do it regarding your question.

Time before the Ascension: Time is releveant only in that you speak on timelines. We do not. Go love. If you love, then time stops. “Hhm. Interesting. Love and time stops. I’ll try that. Maybe I’ll get work done!” (smiles and chuckles)

Love improves stations in life. Love cures sadness. Love conquers fear. Love is how we are to be when we ascend: Love of the Divine. God is Love. He/She is Love, therefore if you Love — if you are Love — you feel almighty, powerful and glorious. “Hail Mary!” we shout. She comes for words:

David’s Guidance – 10/23/11: “You Are a Piece of Work”

OK, friends. This joke is on you. Yes. We say the piece is about your work — the work you do. You all work. Some work here. Others there. Some take breaks. Others do not. This is a piece about your work.

OK. Here we say, “When you go to work, do you see value in your effort to make more of the world? Do you see if the effort you put in is valuable? Do you see effort put in? Do you see? Do you?” We want one to look at their day. Each day is complicated, for it involves the day-to-day same ol’ activity on top of errands, chores, you name it. Struggling might be a word some use to describe a day in the life…

The work you do involves distributing energy. The energy you put forth affects many others during your day. Do you think the energy you put into work is valuable to yourself? How is it valuable? Do you believe the effort you place in work is good for others, too? How? Take a look at why you work. Who makes you do this? How often do you work? Why does it take so much from you? Who is paying you? Have you seen money? Is the bill paid?

We ask many questions so you begin seeing whether the energy you place in work is satisfying, remunerating, and helping the world. If you answer, “Yes” to three here, you are fortunate. If you say, “I am paid, I love this,” yet the world is not getting positive benefits, we say, “Can you alter what you do? Can you change outcomes? Do you see new possibilities?”

We say these things because our point of view, from here in “Heaven” is different. We see actions as Love-based, and the value here is placed on serving God and others so one can rise, grow, teach another Love, expand, learn more, do more — all souls sharing gifts so the next will see, know, feel more than before.

Trust the words. They are sincere. We are suggesting you take a moment to look closely at the profession you’ve chosen. How does it help — truly help — others? Can you see why we ask? If you are helping, this increases the vibration on Earth. The Ascension comes, and with it, awareness. Your help involves raising vibrations to the point where many can come here and see Love in Glory — real Glory.

You imagine we talk fluff. We talk heights that are unimaginable, unspeakable, untrue. Well, we only give Light-hearted words that are true. If you wish, we’ll say this: If people rise higher, more go to the Light if they choose this avenue at the point at The Shift. If you see this, you’ll understand that work puts energy into the mass consciousness. Energy emits — well… frequencies are put out that shape your way of being.

If you live for work, and the work is used to make widgets, do the widgets raise the consciousness of the world?

“OK. So, you want me to quit my job.” “Hhm. That’s funny. I’m looking for a job.” “I’m working to put food on the table.” “I like, no love what I do, yet it doesn’t ‘help’ anyone.”

This is true — these comments are common to most of you. That is why we bring this up. Take a moment to imagine a place where all beings work together, creating harmonious landscaptes, pieces of art, truly fabulous works for the universe so all could grow. This is the near future at Ascension. This is what we see you living in: A world of compassion, guided by Love Everlasting.

If you can see a world that is Love-guided, create it now. Make dreams happen. Be a world changer. Do what moves you so others can be more. Can you do this? Are you able to be more? Can you create dreams so one goes up rather than down?

We like hearing what you think and feel. What do you think? Please write if you are confused, too.

Now, the boy writes, “Hey. I’ve got a job that takes me places. I get to work, see shows, make trips, get paid, and have fun after hours. What’s wrong with this?” We say, “Hey. If the shows work for you, good.. If the shows are helping you and others, good. But if not, switch events so others will find you helping more than hurting. OK? Question?” “Yeah. I don’t know why you say this.” “You are here to help. See if this (work) helps you or others. That’s all we ask of you.”

The boy’s example: Remarkable, yet not. Many are having fun, yet the work is not helping raise the consciousness. We like “help” versus “thwart” or “stymie.”

“OK, to you.”

“I have fun, too. I enjoy helping myself by making money so I can spend it. What’s wrong?” I like your candid nature. OK. When you sit, make money, spend, sit, make money, spend, who wins? Who is learning? What is achieved? Why are you spending? For what? Who is winning? We see you spinning a patterned web — circular, at best — that creates a vacuum. All energy remains insular to you. The experience is inward-based. When we speak of Love, it reaches outward. Efforts — energy — are directed to others so each and every one soul is touched and they can fly, if they choose, higher and faster, farther, longer than the moment before you worked, energizing the universe with Love and Hope.

Now, why do we do this now? Why now? You fly Home and we see this. We wish trips short, vastly invigorating, smiles on passengers as arrival to destinations is successful, complete with totes filled with essentials of your choosing. We see happy campers moving to places they knew, as well as new places to visit and explore. If we place ideas here for you, some may choose to shift, seeing how energy affects others.

The Ascension is soon. We love your calibrated bodies readying for take-off. (laughter) Your crystalline body frame is complete by 2012 and your heart thumps in anticipation.

Go look. You’ll see you are different. The picture fades as a new one emerges, brighter than before.

Now, we go to him. The one who is angry. He is wondering why I say this. I answer, “I say this so you can see more. I say this so you can be more. I say this so your energy you put here on Earth be taken more seriously. Many people wish to see your work, and you hide in line with others. If you take time to sit, you’ll understand. It is difficult to shift when angry. Soften some, OK? Talk (to us) if you wish. We love you.”

Now I wish to leave with this: Can you change from the one who works, striving for “success” to one who energizes Earth to “success” as measured by hearts opened?

We love and adore you. We encourage all to work so the Love is spread so far that galaxies erupt with Light and Light befalls new worlds. Thank you for your time, dear ones.

We call you names of beauty. You are pretty worthy, dear. We say so worthy. You speak of the worth. You are deserving of Love, Ascension. We do not have a person at the Gates of Heaven who says, “You, Julie! You can’t enter.” We believe you question whether you are worthy. We say you are and this is so.

The glimmer of Light shines, then strikes. It pours down. You see sparks of God-like images fall. These are ships. You see beautiful people fasten to you. You will find hair. You will see glory. You will love — just love what you have before you. Dear one, you can announce your ride to us as we call your number. (smiles) The day is soon and you go with wings. It is our story — the one of Truth — to say that the day heralds Love so all the universe can ride on Earth’s planetary shift. The universe will shift because you do. Yes, you create shifts.

Ah! You smile. We see glints of memories inside of Love. So, we get to each question:

Re: Questions: Many are fine. She (Joanie) writes because she enjoys her work on Earth through us here at Home. (chuckles to laughter) Do not think you cannot ask.

Re: Do I feel this?: We say you question Love, or the Love we describe. We feel the Love that is inside Heart is the Love you feel. You question. Why question? What did Love do that has you question it, for it stands there, full, beautiful. We believe you love. Period. (smile)

Re: Slipped Love and confusion: You are loving and then you fall. We see you have experienced numerous lives of loss, separation, ones of pain. Remembering is important. She (Joanie) can bring you in conscious reflection of these times. Each one (life issue) is to see whether you can release the sad trauma. Some will help release without remembering. She (Joanie) releases with the assistance of Sirian, Pleiadian, Archturian, Andromedan and Vegan friends. We wish to say the help is good. If you wish, speak to her and discuss how this can be arranged. (Joanie’s note: I also receive assistance from Ascended Masters, Archangels, guides, angels, and departed ones.)

OK. Why high then low? You remember full Love then you forget. The forgetting is close to memories of pain and sadness. Then you cry because you “lost” Love. You never “lose” Love. It recedes. This is all. Do not worry. You are fine. Men and women experience this when they have had lives of loss, separation, etc. Continue journeying and Truth, Love will shine. Balance is key, dear. You will find balance as you see the memories fade.

Re: The Love we speak of: Yes, the “pure Love” you describe seems to be what overwhelms you so. We feel the people who feel Love — great, overwhelming Love — are ones who see visions of worlds where all love one another. We believe you See, Know this, dear. We know you do. So, if this is good, so it is.

Re: Why can’t I return when I want to?: The reason you are stuck is because you feel loss. The loss is separate from Love inside you. Love sits, waits. You feel. You don’t. You feel. You don’t. It sits, waiting to feel. So, you don’t and you cry. If you remind yourself Love sits, always, you will feel beautiful, happy, content, resigned to all. What? Resigned to all? Yes. We believe you are to resign yourself to the fact that Beauty, Peace come from resignation that all is as it should. We believe you do not see this. We believe you wish different places and scenarios and situations to have their say instead of what currently exists.

When you sit, you stare. We believe if you glanced, rather than scrutinized you would soften your gaze. This is typical of Love-ers of the world. You wish Peace, Joy when there’s lots of war and hate. So, what do you think?

Re: Finding my way: We believe you are — you are finding your way. Your way is the Now. Yes. rRght here now, here, now, here… The way. We see you wanting much now, yet you have much now. Is it difficult to wait? Hmm. OK. What do you think? You find your way by remaining in the present and listening to the heart. Yes, heart. Mind helps. Heart answers. Go try to meditate and see what answers. Try. It can take 15 minutes.

Re: Loving yourself before loving others: You can love others before loving yourself. If you do love yourself, the Love is stronger, steadier, consistent. At least if the person is consistent. (laughter) We know some love when they cannot, do not love themselves. Sad. True. It is possible.

Re: Loving them more than yourself: You love because your person-being is able to share so much. It is beautiful. We see how you do this. Now, you have issues, concerns that keep you from the self-love. You were harmed (in past lives) and this prevents you from finding the self-love now. Re: Detachment from others in order to achieve pure Love: We say detachment is not the way one feels, nor is it an abilit;y we wish one develop. Detachment is fear based. Now, you “over love,” or “over charge” yourself and go too much towards spreading Light when your own flickers/fades and peter’s out. You see this? You burn out. No need. Pull back some. Your Light shining is blinding you! No. We want you to feel it, so please shine yourself with Light, Love. OK? Try this. It is
good, healthy. Creative self-lovers would say, “Take the chalk. Write on the board, ‘I love myself,’ one hundred times.” (laughter) We love you and say you are a honeypie. (Joanie’s word) (She says to us, laughing, “My filter! What did you do?!)

Re: Permission slip for Ascension Trip: (laughter) You need no permission. All are allowed on the “bus trip to Heaven.” We admit unity conscious, like-minded persons who wish life to be better, more grand — a little like Oz, but better. (great laughter)

Re: Ready to be on bus trip to Heaven (aka: Ascension): We believe you will be ready.

Re: Do we ascend with our children?: We say you are concerned. This is human. Possible. Yes. If one ascends, their children ascend if the little (or big) ones chosse to. Many go because their energy is so peaceful, beautiful, aligned that they take off like rocketfire. Yes. It is easy to decide when one is young (not an adult). The adult chooses in a way that makes the self worry if they make the “right” decision. We know there are souls who know, Know they are Light and ready to go. Others wait and figure, “If this is so, what will I do if all is Peace, Joy, Love? This does not help me if I cannot complain, argue and all. So, I’ll choose another story. Not Ascension.” Do you see? You are choosing. They choose. It is separate. Not together. Many go along, yet many choose to stay. It matters by family ties and relations with others who influence children about Light and Dark.

Re: Separation of parents from children at The Shift: We believe every one — every individual — chooses stories. If the story is to be with one and another — if they agree to tell a story together — it is written. If you wish a story with them, and they wish to complete sentences with you (write a screenplay together), it will be. (smile)

I have been very busy with clients and found that abilities were flowing and flowing where I needed to share what I do in sessions with those who Skype, phone, or see me in person.

In sessions, I see folks for ailments of the spirit. (I also work with animals. A client may email a photo of their pet if the session is not via Skype or in person.) A person contacts me and I begin by explaining the process. We discuss how much time the person wishes to set aside. The healing session is usually an hour, yet I often allot more time for discussion. The payment is discussed, too. If one is in economic difficulty, the fee is reduced. Energy exchange is important where we consider what one may “gift” if they are unable to pay me.

I have the person lie down if they are in person. If not, they may sit in a chair or lie down where they are comfortable. A remote session by Skype or phone is as effective as in person. The pendulum is used to see whether grounding is necessary. If one is not connected energetically to Gaia (Mother Earth), they need to say a simple grounding affirmation. This surely brings their spirit into alignment with her (energy).

The work begins with my invoking God, the Archangels, Ascended Masters, angels, guides, and the departed ones of the client. (We have many assistants who wait to be heralded to a session.) I begin by rubbing my hands together as the chakras in my palms are activated.

The music plays: I am a vessel, an instrument that is played as The Divine Ones use me for healing in many ways. I found that I am able to do the following:

* Take chakras, raise them out of the body for inspection, lift traumas out, clean the debris from the chambers before settling them back into the vessel (client’s body).

* Eliminate auric debris, as much detritus is accumulated over time, again and again and again.

* Wash heavenly Light over the body to clean the spirit of energy that is negatively affecting one’s health.

* Find chakras that are not spinning well, open them, peer in to determine whether work is necessary to remove traces of debris. Often I spin them to remove debris, yet other times it is necessary to peer in for a looksee when more work is necessary.

* Move my hands to a person’s soles to peer in the energy shaft (up the chakra “route.”) Energy is connected as I pull out “gunk,” or unnecessary debris from the crown through the root chakra. Tones, or frequencies come through me. Often I see colors, images, scenes as the information is there during the elimination process. If one is not releasing material, I ask them to ask that it be released as it does not serve them. Then, I pour Light, Love inside the chamber, or shaft, filling the soul with “music,” or eternal Light to cleanse the energy pathway. (We often need a chakra clearing because we accumulate much debris in our energy centers. It is a human experience.)

* I connect past and present life traumas with one’s body experience, or health issue. For example, when one says they hurt in their bowel and I find they had a trauma there in the 1600’s, we can connect the past life trauma with the present ailment. Forgiveness work is necessary to release the information that arose; closure occurs as forgiveness is offered and requested, and thanks is given. We are then able to release the baggage, freeing our mind, heart, body of issues no longer serving us. If a person is unable or unwilling to release an issue, this is respected and it remains with them. I do not feel one should release if they are not ready.

* I examine systems. If one is experiencing physical ailments, I can see inside to determine whether work is necessary. Organs, body systems, and body parts all are consciousnesses. I am able to communicate with them. This is called Body Speak. The discussion between organs, systems, parts enables the client to understand what is occurring at a level at which they were previously unaware. If work is done, The Divine Ones assist in modifying systems, adding particles that were unavailable to the system, shifting measurably the way the energy flows, as well as many other “operations.”

* I see spirits, angels, and communicate with departed ones who wish to help the client understand what happens after death of the physical body. Guides share their names. Angels often whisper, “Hello.” It is beautiful. Ascended Masters, Archangels also join the list of assistants by bringing messages through me. Often, I speak with clients while They share wisdom, point out inconsistencies, advise re: lifestyle, and more. It is a large part of the healing experience. The active participation on the client’s part — their involvement in discussions with Deities — makes healing efficient and extraordinary. The extraordinary is felt when one connects with those unseen. Truly remarkable.

* Many times I see energy imbalance in the way the person feels. I can remove unhealthy objects or traumatic wound instruments. If a person wishes, they may see the images by using intention. Some clients are able to see, feel, know and hear along with me. Their senses enhance the healing experience for them, deepening their understanding of what occurred and what is being addressed for release.

* I clear people of negative energies by using Archangel Michael and his power of Light. Many entities reside in those who are weak, health compromised, addicted to substances, and always feeling frightened. I cut cords connecting a person to those from past or present lifetimes where the relationship no longer serves their highest good. The cord is severed, not to reattach; I intentionally make this so.

* I am able to answer (via channeling) questions that people bring me. They are of all categories from health to love to jobs to housing to anything one could think of. If the information is for the person to know, it is revealed. If the person is to journey for answers, this will be shared. (I ask at the beginning of the session whether one wishes to address anything in particular, or whether they wish a general healing where their higher self “conducts” the healing along with The Divine Ones.

* I channel languages and receive translations from Star systems. I use the technologies from the following friendly familes of Light: Arcturis, Pleiades, Andromeda, Sirius, and Vega. Lyra is a system that has involved me language-wise. The people often remark that I am a machine in that they use me to offer special energy and frequencies, or tones not found on Earth. It is fun to use my body for the purpose of scanning, eliminating, probing, dissecting, connecting, washing, and dishing out what is old and what can be replaced with “new and improved.” If a person feels their body needs to be addresed, often I scan with technology they have so a decision can be made how to best treat them. We work well together and I very much enjoy their assisting me in healings.

* I have been taking out images from people’s third eye, or sixth chakra. This is called Mind Sweeping. Energy is stored that is negative in the fact that traumatic memories sit and fester. A “sweep” can lighten one of the numerous images that remain through lifetimes.

* Going through mirrors is fun! I have found I can go to other realms to return with “tools” for healings. With placement of my hand at a mirror, they take me through. If one travels through me, we go to the dimension where others assist there in caring for the person before we return. It is fascinating.

General discussion always is part of the healing. I talk lots and offer much information as it comes through. My previous training as a social worker lends beautifully to this healing paradigm. If a person shares and asks questions, their session is richer. Note taking and taping of sessions is helpful if one wishes to return to what occurred. I ask that one have water by them to sip throughout the healing. They remove layers of debris, therefore, water assists in the removal process. We often forget water, so this is a good excuse to drink. I say one may feel tired and need a nap. Some feel woozy, lightheaded. I then work to right them before the session ends. Many report feeling light, very happy, or free. I am sure this is so when one has eliminated much that was carried for a long time.

With this, I recommend one return to consider if a healing is needed in a month. If one feels this is so, they contact me. My door is open.
