Amen is used to seal that which has been stated so that it may not be tampered with on any level of consciousness. We often will state something as true and real for us but then soon afterwards we may doubt, deny or contradict that statement. “Amen” will prevent this kind of interference or weakening of the what has been declared from our highest knowing.
It is a high-level tool that we should use only when making statements that are truly for the highest good of all concerned.

While in meditation, I received information how to best prepare for the event in question. The following affirmation/visualization/realization is most appropriate for raising our frequency. State and/or intend as many times during the day as possible, for self and others.

For oneself:
“I abide within a field of of Divine Loving Light that surrounds me, interpenetrates all of me and aligns me with the Divine Blueprint. And so it is. Amen”

For any/all beings:
“You abide wihin a field of Divine Loving Light that surrounds you, interpenetrates all of you and aligns you with the Divine Blueprint. And so it is. Amen”

For the collective of beings on the planet:
“We abide within a field of Divine Loving Light that surrounds us, interpenetrates all of us and aligns us with the Divine Blueprint. And so it is. Amen.”

Thank you Zingdad for your response. I guess the increased energy running through the body that you talk about is also pretty much universal among the awakened spirits. I get this quite often as well….
Thanks for pointing this out as another energetic approach Spirit takes to communicate with us….

I wish to share a link with you here with the September 2008 issue of a Multidimensional Newsletter channelled by Dr. Susan Caroll. She is, according to me, a very pure channel and has a very good connection with the Arcturians who are part of the Galactic Federation of Light. It is a very interesting issue, very much complimentary to Adamu’s messages and contains much useful higher-truth information as verified by my tear-response. But please heed not my opinions, but heed rather what your own truth-barometer indicates to you as you read it.

Dearest…..
I wish to say that I have spend the last half hour or so reading the information conveyed to you by Adamu. I have been aware of the spiritual matrix of reality for a long time, and in the past 18 years or so Spirit has used a particular form of feedback on me that my ego self cannot tamper with. The form of feedback Spirit occasionally uses with me is involuntary tears running down my face. It has nothing to do with crying, for it is NOT my crying. It is that Spirit seems to have a way of running energy through my body that produces this entirely personally-involuntary response. It has often happened to energetically confirm the veracity of certain important information I was thinking, receiving, reading about or hearing. It also has produced this response many times when I was working with a client and articulating information they needed very much to become cognizant of. So, all of this out of the way, I wanted to tell you that while reading Adamu’s information, this “tear-flowing” feedback was activated numerous times. It is all entirely accurate….. IT IS ALL ENTIRELY ACCURATE….. This is the feedback I received from Spirit.
I just wanted you to know that.
